Wii Jumps Back to the Top after Price Decline

Old Kindle Going Up in Price?

XBox's HD-DVD Player

XBox 360's HD-DVD player is acting as a bellwether for HD-DVD's recent troubles. Amazon.com dropped their price for the player by a third, and Buy.com followed suite.

This boosted the popularity of the item with bargain hunters, but the growing inventory and dropping asking price on the used market could indicate that users see the writing on the wall and want to get out before the used price falls further.
